Another tremendous week has come and gone for MLS. The Seattle Sounders proved once again that their offense is clicking and Clint Dempsey is the best player in the league right now. Teams like the New England Revolution, Colorado Rapids and DC United all grabbed much-needed wins.

With all of the goals this week, who landed where in the weekly Top 5 goals of MLS action?

5. Will Johnson One-Time Blast

The Portland Timbers still have yet to do anything productive this season. Will Johnson did score a beautiful goal, but the team as a whole still needs a lot of help.

4. Robbie Keane's Volley

The LA Galaxy are starting to gain serious ground in the Western Conference. Robbie Keane showed off some of his mad goal scoring skills this weekend. Check out his sweet goal here.

3. Maurice Edu Powers Home A Corner

The USMNT midfielder performed tremendously well for the second straight week, making his case for a trip to Brazil even more prominent. This goal is a fine example of what Edu can bring to the table.

2. Kevin Alston Curves In A Beauty

The first goal of the game for the New England Revolution came off the foot of defender Kevin Alston. Defenders usually do not score often in MLS, so when one makes a goal as good as this one, it certainly deserves a place on this list.

1. Clint Dempsey Blasts A Beautiful Free Kick

Clint Dempsey is playing out of his mind right now. His two-goal game against league leaders FC Dallas this weekend proved that he is the best player in MLS. This was his first of two great goals on the day.
