If there's one thing Brazil is most known for, it's soccer. Brazil will be the home of this summer's World Cup, and the national team is definitely a top contender to win it all. Some of the best players come from Brazil, but ironically most have left their native nation to play in clubs in Europe. Regardless of where they play, they all join together for their country. Here are Brazil's top five players for the summer.

5. Dani Alves

Dani Alves holds the most caps of any defender on Brazil's squad, which is great because experienced defenders are vital to the World Cup. As a right back for FC Barcelona, the 30-year-old shows has a lot of life left in him. He is sometimes called an offensive right-back because he's been known to score. He may not make many headlines for his time with the national team, but he is definitely an essential part of the team.

4. Hulk

Hulk has been a constant for Brazil since playing as one of the overage players in the 2012 Olympics. This is for good reason as he is quite the player. He is a winger for both Brazil and his club Zenit Saint Petersburg. His consistency is needed for Brazil to win the World Cup. The 27-year-old is uses his body mass well on the pitch, and he is definitely intimidating to his opponents. Brazil cannot go wrong with Hulk.

3. David Luiz

David Luiz is a 27-year-old central defender who is a co-captain on Brazil's national team. He has a lot of experience, which makes him essential. He was a key player for Brazil during the Confederations Cup, and is a consistent defender for Chelsea FC. He is no stranger to winning titles with Chelsea, and hopefully he brings that with him this summer.

2. Thiago Silva

Thiago Silva is Brazil's current captain. He's an excellent defender who currently has 45 caps for Brazil, and I think he will continue adding to the tally past the World Cup. If you've watched him play for Paris Saint-German, you are well aware he still has a lot of power left in him at 29 years old.

Neymar is not only the best player from Brazil but one of the best players in the world. The 22-year-old is currently a forward for powerhouse club FC Barcelona. He has so much time left in his career, but already has 47 caps for his nation because he is truly spectacular. He was awarded the golden ball for the best player of the Confederations Cup last year, and I think his experience with Barcelona only makes him a better player.
