Hope Solo’s Domestic Violence Arrest Appears to be Tabloid Fodder
Police in Kirkland, Wash. responded to a 911 call early Saturday morning regarding a woman “hitting people” in a residence there. The woman was reportedly United States Women’s National Soccer Team goalkeeper Hope Solo, who was allegedly intoxicated at an “out-of-control” party at said residence. Solo’s lawyer has since made a statement that “Hope is not guilty of any crime,” according to USA Today.
The lawyer goes on to say that evidence suggests Solo was actually the victim and the bruises on her sister and 17-year-old nephew may not be from here and if they were, they were in self-defense. Nothing has been confirmed yet, but it appears the attractive USA soccer player is just the target of tabloid fodder.
