Argentina vs Germany: Zaira Nara or Lena Gercke for the Win?
On Sunday afternoon, the 2014 World Cup Final gets under way as Argentina and Germany look to solidify their standing as Earth’s greatest soccer (or football) team. Instead of crunching stats or comparing players, though, we’ve chosen to take a different approach to predicting the winner.
We’ve taken one of the hottest models from each country and put them in a head-to-head contest to determine who will emerge victorious between Argentina and Germany.
In Argentina’s corner, we have Zaira Nara. A model and TV host, she’s the girlfriend of Juan Monaco, an Argentinian tennis player. She’s done modeling for companies such as McDonalds, Gillette, and Pantene, and was ranked as the 47th hottest women in the world by FHM back in 2010. While you may not know her from her Argentinian TV work, she’s certainly a sizzling-hot women who demands attention wherever she goes.

In Germany’s corner, we have Lena Gercke. The dazzling model got her start on Germany’s Next Top Model, winning the show and skyrocketing herself to stardom. Since then, she’s become a TV host and done modeling gigs with Cosmopolitan, Microsoft and H&M. Gercke is currently dating Sami Khedira, who actually plays for the German national team. Again, Americans might not recognize her, but her stunning looks are undeniable.

Now it’s your turn to be a part of the process. You’ve seen what each country had to offer, and certainly have a tough decision to make consider how easy both of these models are on the eyes. Still, it’s a decision that needs to be made. Will you give your support to Argentina and Nara, or sway the other way and give your stamp of approval to Gercke and the German team that defeated the USMNT?
