With new managers and players arriving to various clubs in Europe, some players find themselves in need of a change in scenario to further their careers. The average playing career of a soccer player only being eight years, these players should be looking to play regularly to challenge for as many honors as possible. Here are five players who should move to the Premier League, or to another club in the league to advance their careers.

AC Milan will miss the UEFA Champions League this season. Balotelli should get out of Milan as the club look to be going nowhere quick. Super Mario has some disciplinary problems, but he is a top-level striker that should be playing in the Champions League.

Potential fits: Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea

Depay announced himself to the world by scoring on his World Cup debut and adding another the next game. The left winger scored 12 goals for PSV Eindhoven and could do with another season in Holland, but a chance to play for one of the biggest clubs in one of the best leagues cannot be taken lightly.

Chicharito arrived at Old Trafford in 2010 and has spent most, if not all of his time as a super-sub. With the likes of Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie both being world-class, Hernandez should officially request a transfer. The Mexican international has been known to score some goals.

The French defender is one of the best in the world at the tender age of 21, with the potential to be better than the Real Madrid legend Fernando Hierro. Varane is a first-choice defender for France, but found it hard to break into the starting lineup last season. The Real Madrid man should ask to be transferred if he is to spend substantial time on the bench.
