5 Predictions For West Bromwich vs. Man. United

West Bromwich Albion currently occupy the 14th spot on the Premier League Table, but they only trail fourth-placed Manchester United by three points. These two sides will clash next Monday at the Hawthorns, and it certainly seems like it will be a highly-entertaining match. After beating United last season, the Baggies will be going into this game brimming with confidence. Here are five bold predictions for the match.

5. Saido Berahino & Stephane Sessegnon Will Frustrate Manchester United's Defense

Saido Berahino and Stephane Sessegnon will certainly be difficult to contain. Both these players have the pace and creativity to give any defender a hard time, and defending hasn't been a strong point for United this season. Berahino has already scored five goals this season, so I would not be surprised to see him bag another against the Red Devils. Sessegnon has not scored or assisted, but he will surely be difficult to handle.

The Colombian scored his first goal -- which was ultimately the match-winner -- for his new club against Everton. Falcao's current form is incomparably distant from the guise, which we had grown used to. His goal was a lucky one -- not to take anything away from the striker -- as his instinct and positioning in the box were on point. He is not playing to his full potential right now, I would be surprised if he scored against the Baggies.

3. Angel Di Maria Will Be United's Key Player Yet Again

It would be less than truthful to state that Angel Di Maria has not been Manchester United's best player so far. Di Maria is now the focal point of the team, everything he does on the pitch is meaningful, and I'm sure Carlo Ancelotti regrets letting him go. He will definitely be the difference-maker for the Red Devils and West Brom will struggle to keep him quiet. It is very likely that he will be the man of the match.

2. David De Gea Won't Save United's Blushes This Time

The Spanish goalkeeper probably had the best game of his Manchester United career against Everton last weekend. Apart from saving Leighton Baines' penalty and masking his team's defensive frailties, his late acrobatics helped United earn three valuable points. De Gea is a very good keeper, but he is far from consistent. It would be hard to imagine him having another great game so soon.

When playing well, West Bromwich Albion can hold their own against any team in the league. Alan Irvine's men will assuredly be up for the challenge, they beat the Red Devils last season and they know they can do it again. Manchester United have won two games in a row, but they are still far from convincing. They won't be leaving the Hawthorns with more than a point.
