January is a time for reflection for all Premier League clubs. It's a time to reflect on the good, the bad and the necessary when it comes to their current squad of players. It's the midway point in the EPL season, and as the transfer window opens on Jan. 1, there are sure to be a host of teams looking to import and export players. Here is each EPL team's player most likely to be moved during the mid-season window.

Arsenal - Yaya Sanogo

Yaya Sanogo received some playing time in the early part of the season when Olivier Giroud was first ruled out through injury. But Arsene Wenger went and signed Danny Welbeck before the summer transfer window closed, and since then, Sanogo has watched from the sidelines. Expect the Frenchman to move out on loan for the second half of the season to get some quality game time to help with his development.

Aston Villa are in the middle of an injury crisis right now, and it's hard to see anybody leaving any time soon. But Matthew Lowton is a backup player who has attracted interest from other clubs and could move elsewhere if he wanted to be a first-team player rather than a backup.

Burnley - Danny Ings

Danny Ings is the top scorer for a struggling Burnley side fighting relegation this season. The 22-year-old is out of contract in the summer, though, and fellow EPL clubs will be watching him with interest in January. It will likely take a sizable fee to convince the Clarets to part with their best striker mid-season, however.

Chelsea - Mohamed Salah

Mohamed Salah joined Chelsea in 2014's January transfer window, and it seems possible that the Egyptian could now depart just one year later. Salah has only made two substitute appearances in the EPL and six total appearances in all competitions this season, and the winger will surely have a decision to make, either in January or in the summer, if the situation continues.

Crystal Palace - Wayne Hennessey

Wayne Hennessey joined Crystal Palace last January but has been unable to usurp current Palace No. 1 Julian Speroni. Palace manager Neil Warnock has admitted recently that he fully expects the Wales international to request a transfer in the near future to enable him to go and play at another club on a consistent basis.

Everton - Christian Atsu

Everton signed Ghana international Christian Atsu on loan from Chelsea in the summer, but the winger has only made three appearances for the Toffees. The reason players like Atsu are loaned to other EPL clubs is to play and acclimatize themselves to the league, but Atsu will not do that sitting on the bench, or even in the crowd for some games. Recent rumors suggest both clubs may agree to terminate the loan in January if it benefits all parties.

Hull City - Yannick Sagbo

Yannick Sagbo has made just one substitute appearance for Hull City all season. The Ivorian did sign for Wolves in the Championship on a three-month loan deal back in September, but Sagbo failed to impress and that move was cut short. Now the striker finds himself back on the sidelines at Hull again. Expect Sagbo to make an exit in one form or another come January.

Leicester City - Nick Powell

Manchester United signed Nick Powell as an exciting prospect back in 2012. Powell has yet to make an impact on the first team, though, and now finds himself on loan at a struggling Leicester City team. But Powell is struggling for game time at the King Power Stadium also, and the possibility of his loan agreement being terminated and Powell being sent back to United has been rumored.

Liverpool - Fabio Borini

Liverpool attempted to offload Fabio Borini in the summer, but the Italian wanted to stay and fight for his place at Anfield with Luis Suarez having departed for Barcelona. But Borini has been unable to force his way into the starting lineup, and Liverpool will, again, likely try and move the Italian on to pastures new next month.

Manchester City - Matija Nastasic

Matija Nastasic has become somewhat of an outcast at Manchester City under Manuel Pellegrini. The City boss is clearly not a fan of the Serbian with the center-back not making a single appearance for City in any competition so far this season. A move away from the Etihad in the near future looks to be a certainty.

Manchester United - Anders Lindegaard

Anders Lindegaard had the opportunity to leave Manchester United in the summer but decided to stay with the Red Devils instead. Lindegaard has no chance of displacing current No. 1 David De Gea, though, and a move in January has recently been mooted for the Dane.

Newcastle United - Hatem Ben Arfa

Hatem Ben Arfa fell out of favor with Newcastle manager Alan Pardew last season and ended up joining Hull City on loan in the summer. Of course, at Hull the Frenchman promptly fell out of favor with Tigers manager, Steve Bruce, too, and now finds himself back at Newcastle where he remains unwanted. Ben Arfa is a talented player, so somebody will give him another chance. But it may not be in England, and definitely not with Newcastle or Hull.

Junior Hoilett has made 12 appearances for QPR in the Premier League this season, but he has never managed to establish himself in the first team. Current rumors suggest that QPR are open to transfer offers for the attacker in January in order to raise transfer funds of their own.

Southampton - Morgan Schneiderlin

Southampton don't have much need to offload any players after a fantastic start to the EPL season. The Saints have tailed off lately, however, due to injuries, and Ronald Koeman will be looking to add rather than take away from his squad. Morgan Schneiderlin is a player who is known to want to leave St Mary's, though, and you can bank on a few clubs trying their hand to prize away the Frenchman in January.

Stoke City - Wilson Palacios

Wilson Palacios has not played a single second for Stoke City in any competition so far this season. That pretty much sums up the Honduran's future at the club, and a January move is almost guaranteed provided Palacios can agree terms with any club interested in acquiring him.

Sunderland - Jozy Altidore

Jozy Altidore has had a nightmare time at Sunderland. 40 EPL appearances for the Black Cats has seen Altidore score just one single goal, and a full calendar year has now passed since the American notched that lone strike. Sunderland will be looking to try and add goals to their team in January, and a parting of the ways between Altidore and the club looks certain for the sake of both parties.

Swansea City - Wilfried Bony

Wilfried Bony has been an inspired signing by Swansea, and the club would loathe to lose their No. 1 hitman. Bony has been on fire in 2014, and big clubs everywhere will now be circling in the hope of securing the Ivorian. Swansea will try to resist letting Bony go mid-season, but the Swans may receive an offer that is just too good to turn down.

Tottenham Hotspur - Benoit Assou-Ekotto

Tottenham Hotspur attempted to move Benoit Assou-Ekotto in the summer, but the Cameroon international resisted the chance to leave White Hart Lane despite being told he had no future at the club. Spurs will no doubt attempt to move Assou-Ekotto again in January but whether they can get him out the door is another thing.

West Bromwich Albion - Chris Baird

Chris Baird joined West Brom in the summer, but he has only made three appearances so far in the EPL. At age 32, plenty of clubs -- especially in the Championship -- could use an experienced, versatile defender, and Baird has been briefly linked with a move away from the Hawthorns, if that move happens to suit all involved.

West Ham United - Ravel Morrison

Ravel Morrison is in danger of becoming one of the biggest wastes of talent the EPL has ever seen. Sir Alex Ferguson described Morrison as the most talented player he has seen come through the Manchester United academy when he was at the club, but the midfielder seems destined not to fulfill his huge potential. Sam Allardyce has barely used the midfielder all season, and rumors suggest the club is awaiting offers for the 21-year-old in January.
