Manchester United have been getting bashed from all angles this week, with even former United players criticizing Louis van Gaal's methods at Old Trafford. United need a win to quiet the discontent after last week's dismal draw against Manchester City, but Crystal Palace will not make that task any easier. Palace are currently in seventh place in the standings and exceeding all expectations this year.

Palace will pose a genuine attacking threat to United with the likes of Wilfried Zaha, Yannick Bolasie and Yohan Cabaye in their team. United have been stable defensively this season, but even if the defensive line is breached, David De Gea is always there to clean up. Palace will frequently breach the United defense, but De Gea will be on top form to help out his defenders.

Wayne Rooney is looking about the least effective right now as at any other time in his career. Form is temporary, though, and class is permanent, right? That's what they say, but Rooney's poor form is going to extend further yet. Palace will have a tough time containing some of United's attackers, like Anthony Martial and Juan Mata; however, the United captain Rooney won't be hard to handle.

Wilfried Zaha can be unpredictable, but when the winger is on a good day, he can give any defense the runaround. Zaha is going to be super motivated coming up against his former club, and the 22-year-old will be looking to show United why they were wrong to let him go. Zaha will shine against the Red Devils and serve up an assist for his team.

United have struggled to create chances and score goals this season, but Martial has looked like the team's biggest offensive threat since his arrival at the club. The Frenchman has brought pace and directness to the United attack and always looks a threat when he plays. United are not plush with goals, but Martial will bring a goal to the party against Palace.

Defense has been the calling card for United this season and the Red Devils will be able to keep their opponents at a distance once again in Week 11. The way Palace are set up means they are better away from home, and United will be able to stifle a team which excels on the counter-attack, rather than creating their own offense. United will pull out a narrow 2-1 win at Selhurst Park.
