Everton's Ross Barkley Got Punched Out While Hanging Out in a Liverpool Bar

By Jason Fletcher

Everton midfielder Ross Barkley was hanging out in a Liverpool bar last night when he was the victim of an “unprovoked attack,” according to his lawyer.

Everton and Liverpool are bitter rivals as their home stadiums are separated by only one mile so it’s possible that this had something to do with the rivalry, but there’s been no official word on the suspect’s motive.

Barkley seems to be fine as he was present for Everton’s training session on Monday.
