Michy Batshuayi Clinches Premier League Title For Chelsea With Game-Winner Against West Brom

Chelsea entered Monday night’s match against West Brom Albion needing a victory to seal the 2016-17 Premier League Championship.

After battling to a scoreless tie through 76 minutes, Chelsea manager Antonio Conte called upon striker Michy Batshuayi to replace Pedro.

Six minutes later, Batshuayi put Chelsea ahead for good and clinched the Premier League title with his first Premier League goal since August.
