Thanks to Daniel Sedin’s power-play overtime goal, the Canucks beat the St. Louis Blues 3-2. It was a battle of the 2 goal scorers in the game between Alex Burrows and Jason Arnott. Burrows also drew a penalty that led to the Daniel Sedin goal when David Backes boarded Burrows with 19.9 left in regulation. Roman Polak would break his stick and T.J. Oshie would give him his stick and stayed on the ice for several seconds before responding to calls from the bench waving him over. Alex Edler and Henrik Sedin got 2 assists in the game. The Blues outshot the Canucks 33-21 in the game. The Canucks finish 3-1 on the road trip and will head home to face the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday.
