Canucks-Flames Preview
The Vancouver Canucks will wrap up their 4-game road trip when they travel to Calgary to play the Flames on Saturday night. The Canucks are currently 3-0 on their 4-game road trip. The last game the Canucks played, they defeated the Minnesota Wild 5-2. The Canucks haven’t won lots of games in regulations lately. The last time they won a regulation game before yesterday’s game, was against the San Jose Sharks on Jan. 21. The Calgary Flames are coming off of a 2-1 loss in overtime in Phoenix against the Coyotes. The Flames are currently 2 points behind the Coyotes for the 8th spot in the Western Conference playoff race. The last time the Canucks and Flames played each other, the Flames won 3-1 in Vancouver, thanks to a great game by Leland Irving. Other than the last matchup, the Canucks have gone 10-0-2 in their last 12 games against the Flames. For my prediction, I think the Canucks will go undefeated on their 4-game road trip by winning a close one 4-3.
