The Columbus Blue Jackets are looking to trade Rick Nash if the right offer comes. Nash has named the Canucks as 1 of the 5 teams that he would like to be traded to. For Nash, the Blue Jackets would want Cory Schneider, Cody Hodgson and a draft pick. My personal opinion on this trade is that the Canucks should say no to Nash because the Canucks need more of a defenseman and toughness rather than a forward. Also, Nash would have a huge cap hit with $7.8 million. Nash only has one 40-goal season and one 70-point season. And also, I think the Canucks are giving up too much for Nash. I would pass on Nash and go after guys like Shea Weber or George Parros.
