The Canucks are coming off of a 3-1 loss in Nashville while the Red Wings are coming off of a 2-1 loss in Chicago. The last time these 2 teams met, the Red Wings defeated the Canucks 4-3 in a shootout in Vancouver on Feb. 2, 2012. The Red Wings will be without Pavel Datsyuk, who leads the Red Wings in points. He had arthroscopic surgery on Tuesday to remove fragments from his right knee. For my prediction, I think the Red Wings will win their 24th straight home game as they win this one 4-3.
