2012 Super Bowl: NFL Game Day Fan Rant – New York Giants vs. New England Patriots

The New York Giants defeated the New England Patiots 21-17 in Super Bowl XLVI. It was another great game between these two epic rivals on the game’s biggest stage… unless you happen to be a Pat’s fan.

The Rant Sports crew went to Indianapolis for the “big game” in early February. Super Bowl XLVI between the New England Patriots and the New York Giants was expected to be another close contest, and that’s exactly what the fans got.

The also got drunk, at least some of them before the game, like the Patriot fan you’ll find in the video slurring his words around or the herds of Giant fans dancing around like Victor Cruz after a touchdown.

Aaron Kirn interviewed the New Englanders while Dan Parzych had the New York Giant fans. Dan definitely had more fans to choose from, no doubt about it.

Our mission was to run around outside Lucus Oil Stadium to capture the vibe, and find out which fan base had the better fans. Of course, it’s completely subjective depending on who you ask.
