2012 Fantasy Football Sleepers Week 6: Looking at the Top Three Players
Here’s a look at the top three players for 2012 Fantasy Football Sleepers Week 6.
3. Arizona Cardinals Wide Receiver Andre Roberts
Over the last two games, Roberts has caught 11 passes and could receive plenty of targets in Week 6 against the Buffalo Bills–a team that ranks 30th overall for defense. Plus, the Bills will most likely be focusing most of their attention on shutting down Larry Fitzgerald–so that should work in Roberts favor.
2. Cincinnati Bengals Running Back BenJarvus Green-Ellis
Green-Ellis already displayed a solid performance against the Cleveland Browns back in Week 2 in which he recorded 75 rushing yards on 21 carries. With Bernard Scott on IR, the Bengals will rely on Green-Ellis even more in the backfield as they look to wear down the league’s 27th ranked defense when it comes to stopping the run.
On paper, Cincinnati should be able to win against Cleveland–which means Green-Ellis could receive even more carries with a lead.
1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Wide Receiver Mike Williams
Williams came up big for the Buccaneers in Week 4 after catching four passes for 115 yards and should be heavily targeted once again against the 1-4 Kansas City Chiefs–especially if they focus most of their attention on Vincent Jackson. Williams has received plenty of praise for his performances on the field so far this season and has plenty of potential for the rest of the regular season.
However, Williams just needs to work on putting up big numbers on a consistent basis.
