The Philadelphia Eagles just can’t seem to get anything going over the last few weeks as they’ve lost four-straight games following Monday’s 28-13 loss to the New Orleans Saints and now it looks like they may have another distraction to deal with–comments made by Marcus Vick on Twitter.

Michael Vick‘s brother took to Twitter during the game to express his frustration over the organization failing to protect his brother during the game. It’s no secret the Eagles have struggled this season when it comes to their offensive line and Marcus had no problem criticizing the organization–including a tweet demanding a trade for his brother.

Marcus has every reason in the world to be frustrated over the Eagles with the way this season has gone, but bashing his brothers team to the open public was one of the most idiotic moves he could have done and puts Michael in a bad situation. Things are already bad enough in Philly and now the organization has to deal with an off-the-field distraction regarding their starting quarterback that could have easily been avoided.

Maybe these recent Twitter rants have something to do with the fact that Marcus was never good enough to play in the NFL and he’s jealous of his brother’s situation. Then again, Marcus has always been the type of individual that was never smart enough to begin with when it came to decision-making–so it really shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that he would perform an act like this during an Eagles game.
