Here’s a look at the top three players for 2012 Fantasy Football Busts Week 10:
3. San Diego Chargers Running Back Ryan Matthews
The argument can be made that no running back with high expectations at the beginning of the year has been as big of a disappointment this season as Matthews–which hasn’t been all of his fault considering the injuries he dealt with at the beginning of the year. Not only has Matthews found the end zone just once on the ground this year, but he’s yet to break the 100-yard rushing mark. With a tough matchup against a Tampa Bay Buccaneers team that ranks No. 1 when it comes to stopping the run, don’t be surprised if Matthews struggles once again on Sunday.
2. Oakland Raiders Running Back Darren McFadden
Unfortunately for fantasy owners, McFadden has been ruled out for Week 10 against the Baltimore Ravens as he continues to battle an ankle injury. Not only has McFadden crossed the 100-yard rushing mark just twice all season, but he’s rushed for 70 yards or less in six of the team’s eight games this year.
His injuries have been a reason for concern in the past and once again–McFadden is going to be a disappointment for fantasy owners in Week 10.
1. Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback Michael Vick
The argument can be made that no team has been more of a disappointment this year than the Eagles thanks to a weak offensive line that has made it difficult for Vick to perform at a high level. Philadelphia just can’t seem to get anything consistent going on offense and it wouldn’t be a surprise if Vick struggled once again against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.
