Nobody Should Be Criticizing Kate Upton or Mercedes-Benz For Super Bowl Ad
Unless you happen to be a fan of the San Francisco 49ers or Baltimore Ravens, there’s a good chance you will pick a random team to cheer for in Super Bowl XLVII. Even if your favorite team isn’t playing, one of the best parts about watching the Super Bowl is the entertaining commercials and luckily–one of the most popular ones this year involves the beautiful Kate Upton.
For those of you that have been living under a rock for the last year, Upton has emerged as one of the most popular models and any company that decides to use her for advertisement clearly knows what they’re doing. This year, Upton will be appearing in a new commercial for Mercedes-Benz, but the model is already receiving criticism along with the company for the commercial being “too sexy.”
Is this for real? How can anyone criticize a commercial for being too sexy when a majority of the audience are going to end up loving the commercial? Upton was just doing what she was asked to do when it comes to starring in the commercial and as bad as it sounds–it’s difficult not to see Upton do anything that doesn’t come across as sexy.
Criticizing a commercial like this is completely unnecessary and some people need to learn how to relax instead of giving Upton a hard time for this ad. Obviously, Mercedes-Benz wants to provide viewers with the best commercial possible and when talking to a majority of the fans in this country that are going to be watching the Super Bowl–that’s exactly what they’re doing.
