2013 NFL Draft Player Prospect Profile: Chance Warmack

Just look at some of the star running backs Chance Warmack has protected during his time at Alabama while helping them succeed over the last couple of years and it’s no surprise to see him being considered as one of the top guards from this year’s class. It’s rare to find solid players on the offensive line that are first-round worthy, but Warmack seems like the type of player who could end up starting as a rookie in 2013.

If his college career is any indication of what to expect, and he’s received plenty of praise for the way he attacks his defenders. His size may be a reason for concern at the NFL level, but that’s nothing for teams to worry about heading into next year.

If anything, Warmack seems like the type of player that should have no problem when it comes to making the adjustment as he had to deal with it in college as well.

The NFL has plenty of great running backs that could benefit from playing alongside a player like Warmack and it will be interesting to see what type of impact he makes during his rookie season. Warmack has received plenty of praise over the months leading up to the draft and now that he’s finally receiving the chance to prove himself–he appears ready to show why he’s been placed so high on draft boards throughout the offseason as he looks to make an immediate impact during his rookie season.
