Cody Zeller burst onto the scene two seasons ago, helping put the Indiana Hoosiers back within the college basketball spotlight. Zeller could have opted to leave the collegiate ranks after just one season, but he made the decision to return this past year in the hopes of a Final Four and potential National Championship. That did not pan out accordingly and now, Zeller is leaving Bloomington and entering his name into the 2013 NBA Draft.

Zeller is an intriguing prospect and a sure-fired lottery pick this upcoming June. At 7-feet tall, Zeller has great size and a refined offensive game around the rim. Zeller took the extra year at Indiana to improve on his strength, but he will have to continue to do so if he hopes to be able to bang with the bigs at the NBA level. Someone will take a chance on Zeller and more than likely that opportunity will come within the top ten of this year’s draft.
