Famous Interviews That Never Happened: Titus Young
Even though he’s no longer a member of the Detroit Lions, wide receiver Titus Young has been quite the popular topic over the last couple of weeks as he’s struggled to stay out of trouble with the law. It’s one thing for a professional athlete to have a run in with the law, but the fact that Young found himself involved with four incidents in a nine-day span is just ridiculous.
First, Young was arrested for DUI before he was arrested again shortly after for trying to steal his car back from a towing company. A couple of days later, he was arrested again for suspicion of burglary on top of assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. And finally, just when you think Young couldn’t go out and do anything more stupid, he manages to get slapped with a felony theft for stealing a bottle of water and candy from a Chevron.
Yes, the life of Young has certainly been entertaining to follow over the last couple of weeks, but these acts by the troubled wideout just make you wonder how one individual could hit such a low level. It’s clear that Young is in desperate need of help considering no individual should ever find themselves in this much trouble in such a short amount of time to begin with and there’s no telling what to expect from him when it comes to a possible return to the pro level.
For now, all we can do is sit back and wait to see what crazy act Young gets himself involved with next.
