2013 NBA Draft Prospect Profile Video: Michael Snaer, Florida State (SG)

Michael Snaer was a McDonald’s All-American coming out of high school and now after four years at Florida State, he will get his chance to hear his name called within the 2013 NBA Draft. Snaer will turn 23 the week before the draft commences on that final Thursday in June, but he brings a sense of flare and veteran leadership that’s not comparable with other rookies.

Snaer averaged 14.8 points and 4.5 rebounds as a senior this past season and he has showcased the ability to hit big shots throughout his career. Snaer has decent size at 6-foot-5 and has always been known as a lock down defender. Snaer is a solid shooter, but he can also penetrate and get to the rim, if necessary. Snaer has the talent level and should hear his name called around the mid-to-late portion of the second round.
