Fantasy Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 8

Another week of fantasy football action is in the books and another list of names has emerged to offer us some help for our teams as the midpoint of the season gets close. Here are a few players you should target on the waiver wire this week:

Jarrett Boykin didn’t disappoint in his debut as the Green Bay Packers‘ No. 2 receiver with eight catches for 103 yards and a touchdown, so if you haven’t already, pick up Boykin.

Chris Ivory is the new starter in the New York Jets‘ backfield and anytime a running back carries the ball 34 times, he deserves attention in fantasy land. If you need help at running back, Ivory is a new name to target.

Harry Douglas defied odds and put up a solid stat line as the Atlanta Falcons‘ default No. 1 receiver in Week 7, so if you weren’t brave enough to pick him up this week, plan on playing him in Week 8.

Jordan Reed has finally supplanted Fred Davis as the Washington Redskins‘ starting tight end and his stat line from this past weekend proves that. Pick him up now.

Percy Harvin actually has an outside chance to play in the Seattle Seahawks‘ Monday night game in Week 8, so he’ll definitely be ready by Week 9. If he’s somehow still available, now’s the time to get him.
