NFL Injury Report for Week 9

The bye weeks already have a ton of players off the field in Week 9, but injuries are a completely different story. Here’s everything you need to know heading into this weekend’s slate of games:

Zac Stacy has a low-ankle sprain as opposed to the dreaded high-ankle kind and his (lack of) participation in practice this week suggests that…

Arian Foster was limited in practice this week and Houston Texans head coach Gary Kubiak said the star runner will be a game-time decision, so keep tabs on his status until the last minute before putting him in your fantasy lineup.

DeMarco Murray could have played in Week 8, but was held out as a precaution. Considering the Dallas Cowboys can’t afford to give up any more ground in the NFC East, he’ll be back on the field against the Minnesota Vikings‘ terrible defense.

Stevie Johnson‘s groin is still bothering him as he sat out practice this week, so keep tabs on his status right up until game time just to make sure he’s active.

C.J. Spiller was at practice this week, but to say he practiced would be stretching the truth. Don’t plan on him playing this week, and if he does, consider it a surprise, although we’d hardly call it pleasant considering his performance thus far in 2013.
