Could out of work WR Terrell Owens be making a move to the Washington Redskins? Owens appeared on WGFX radio in Nashville on Thursday and addressed everything from where LeBron James might be heading to the possible reunion with Donovan McNabb. You can listen to the entire interview right here.
Sportsradiointerviews.com broke down the interview and Owens response to the question of being reunited with McNabb in Washington.
“Well you know what? That’s definitely something that was on the radar, and if that’s a possibility and they want to bring me in and make that happen then I’m open arms to it. And I think Donovan has come out and said that things that have happened in the past were sometimes overblown in the media. It’s surprising how it takes some years to go by for things like that to come out, but Donovan and I, we’re friends now. We just played in this Pros vs. Joes with him, myself and Antonio Gates against some NBA champions – Hakeem Olajuwon, Rick Fox and Kenny Smith…”
Obviously you mentioned reuniting with Donovan, but I think going to Washington and playing with him obviously would be a good thing because I feel that their team is really on the cusp of getting to the playoffs and making things happen.

Lets keep that cancer called T.O. as far from my team (Redskins) as possible. He’ll keep his mouth shut for maybe 3 weeks before he becomes the self-centered team killing parasite that he has constantly proven himself to me. He has no leadership qualities. I will gladly sacrifice the few touchdowns he’ll put on the board for team unity anyday.

I think at T.O.s age he still has the skills to make things happen. As far as his past of speaking his mind i think with the fact of no one picking him up this year lets him know that if you are going to help the team than be a team player and up lift you team mates instead of calling them out when things are not going well. With that being said i wouldn’t mind seeing T.O. in D.C. remeber the last time him and Mcnab was to gather they went to the BOWL. I believe they can do it again with the rest of the talent the skins have.
