Looks like the Washington Redskins and Minnesota Vikings will meet again-this time on a college football field.

According to reports, the Washington Redskins staff  will coach the South team at the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala., this month. Their rivals, the North, will be coached by Leslie Frazier, head coach of the Minnesota Vikings. He will also have his staff on board for the game.

This should be an interesting game, especially with the storyline both NFL Coaches have.

The Vikings beat the Redskins 33-26.  However, this came with a price: Adrien Peterson.

Peterson  left that game with a serious knee injury. If you remember, Peterson suffered the  injury on the Vikings’ first offensive play of the second half when he took a blow to his left leg from Washington safety DeJon Gomes.

This game sent the Redskins to 5-10.

While I’m sure it will make no difference to the players, it will be interesting how this will play out, especially since both coaches have had a rough time with Quarterbacks this year. This is a good look for those players wanting to go pro:  Here are two pro coaches that you’re going to have some exposure to and show what you got. If nothing else, it’s a start for some NFL hopeful.

I can’t think of a better way to scout players, but that’s just me.

The Senior Bowl, held annually in Mobile, Ala., is considered the top gathering of the nation’s college prospects, who are divided into North and South teams.
