BREAKING NEWS – Rams Trade #2 Pick To Redskins

According to Fox Sport’s Jay Glazer, the St Louis Rams have agreed to trade the #2 overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft to the Washington Redskins.
Per Glazer, the Rams and Redskins will swap first round picks in 2012, and that the Rams will also receive two future first round picks and additional picks.
Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that the Washington Redskins will send three first-round draft picks in 2012, 2013, 2014 and this year’s second-round pick (#39th overall) to St. Louis’ second overall pick in April.
The Redskins, who have been rumored to be one of the teams interested in Heisman Trophy quarterback, Robert Griffin III, will now have ability to land the former Baylor standout.
