What better way to cap an incredible day of upsets at Wimbledon than the dramatic fashion in which Sergiy Stakhovsky ousted Roger Federer? The 27-year-old Ukrainian ended the Swiss star's streak of reaching the quarterfinals in 36 straight Grand Slam events, which is quite the accomplishment for a tennis player ranked 116th in the world coming into the match.

Stakhovsky was extremely aggressive at the net, attacking short shots to beat Federer 7-6, 6-7, 5-7, 6-7 in the second round at Wimbledon. Stakhovsky's serve as arguably the best it's ever been, which allowed him to knock off one of the all-time greats who has yet to reach the twilight of his career. Indeed, Federer is still a force at age 31 and is not past his prime as many are prematurely claiming after this defeat.

On the contrary, this upset is more about Stakhovsky, who made quite the name for himself in the tournament that saw Rafael Nadal and Maria Sharapova both upset before Federer's surprising exit. The best part? Stakhovsky falling to the court in ecstasy after match point.
