Do people really have nothing better to do?
Michael Vick has already served his time, apologized to countless parties and turned his negative situation into a positive one. However, the Philadelphia Eagles‘ quarterback just can’t seem to escape the wrath of dog lovers across the globe. Vick was supposed to conduct an autograph signing on October 31st at a local Buffalo Wild Wings, but that event has been postponed due to multiple death threats.
Joe Bartolo was responsible for planning the signing, yet after he received a message reading: “I wish your wife and kids would die,” Bartolo quickly put the long-awaited event on hold. In addition, Buffalo Wild Wings was also cyber-bullied on social media for just allowing Vick to come in and sign a few jerseys — here is my favorite narrow-minded comment:
“You suck. Your food sucks. Anyone who eats there sucks. And whoever thought liking/ supporting Michale [sp] Vick should burn in hell.”
Considering this Facebook user can’t even spell Michael correctly, it’s obvious that his hatred for Vick can’t be that true. In fact, this whole threatening one’s family is nothing more than a coward move. I can guarantee that Vick has never done anything to personally harm any of these social media tough guys, yet they still feel the need to talk about the Eagles’ quarterback like he’s the reason for the world’s troubles.
It’s disgusting to know that Vick can’t even sign autographs without getting backlash from self-centered, narrow-minded and violent human beings like the one above.
