Things have not gone as expected for the Arizona Diamondbacks, who are five games under .500 and nowhere close to where they thought they’d be in the NL West standings. Despite that disappointment, Arizona has had plenty of standout performers this season, primarily on the offensive side of things. Here are five Diamondbacks who have played like All-Stars to this point in the season.

5. Brad Ziegler
Arizona's starters have struggled, but the bullpen has not been an issue. Ziegler doesn't have gaudy save numbers because Arizona doesn't have enough wins, but he's performed at an All-Star level all season.
4. Paul Goldschmidt

4. Paul Goldschmidt
Goldschmidt may not be performing up to his standards, but the numbers he's putting up still make him one of the best first basemen in the National League and a good bet to be playing in the All-Star Game for a fourth straight year.
3. Jake Lamb

3. Jake Lamb
Lamb has been one of the biggest surprises in baseball this season and is playing at an All-Star level. Competition at third base will be stiff, but an .876 OPS gives Lamb a great shot at making his way onto the National League All-Star roster.
2. Jean Segura

2. Jean Segura
Segura's move to Arizona has proven beneficial for him, as he is playing the best he has since 2013, when he made the All-Star team for the first time. Segura is fifth in the NL in batting average and once again looks like an All-Star.
1. Welington Castillo

Castillo is having the best season of his career, and he's on pace to surpass last year's impressive numbers. He leads National League catchers in home runs, leaving little doubt he'll be on the All-Star team this summer.
