Braxton Miller, the rightful heir to the starting quarterback thrown at Ohio State, will not transfer. This can only mean one thing: Miller should be starting for the Buckeyes in the upcoming season.
Asked if Miller has said he is coming back, Meyer said, “Yes.”

Meyer: “He’s playing for Ohio State next fall … I don’t even know where that comes from.”

Okay, so saying Miller will be starting may be jumping the gun just a bit, but he will be a senior, so you have to like his chances to come away with the starting QB job out of principle alone.
The Buckeyes have three worthy starters: Miller, J.T. Barrett and Cardale Jones.
Although Urban Meyer is probably loving the fact that he has three worthy QBs to pick from, this is a very interesting case for the Buckeyes.

Miller started last season as the, well, starter. He went down to injury and then Barrett stepped in and became a Heisman contender. Barrett went down to a — you guessed it — injury, and then the next man was called up, Cardale Jones. Jones came in and helped lead Ohio State to a national championship.
So, who do you pick? That is 100 percent up to Meyer (thankfully).

Miller has my vote right now, if he is healthy to start the season. If not, then I would give the car keys to Barrett. Jones is deserving, but he was also a third-string QB entering last year, which makes his run to the championship that much more impressive.
Either way, Ohio State will be in good hands.
