Entering National Signing Day, a large majority of recruits had already pledged their commitments to a school. Some of those players honored those commitments and sent in their paperwork while others chose another school entirely. There are a third group of recruits who never officially committed until it was time to sign and here is where they ended up.
10. LB Lyndell Wilson Signed: Alabama

Wilson was strongly considering Georgia, but decided to play for Alabama and Nick Saban. With close friend Ben Davis also heading to Tuscaloosa, the Crimson Tide will have a nasty defense for years to come.
9. DE Terrell Hall Signed: Alabama

The Maryland Terrapins thought that they could convince Hall to stay home, but he ended up leaving for the national champions. As long as he's ready to compete for a job, it would seem Hall made the best decision for his future.
8. DT Derrick Brown Signed: Georgia

New Georgia head coach Kirby Smart was ready to make Brown the centerpiece of his defense, but that all changed when Brown chose to play for Gus Malzahn and Auburn.
7. DE Jeffery Simmons Signed: Mississippi State

Everyone thought Simmons was signed, sealed and all but delivered to Ole Miss, but he pulled a surprise out of his hat when he announced he would be playing for the Bulldogs.
6. OLB Erick Fowler Signed: Texas

Technically, Fowler was committed to LSU, but he changed his mind on National Signing Day and picked the Longhorns. Charlie Strong had to be ecstatic with the development.
5. CB Jack Jones Signed: USC

Jones decided to spice up his announcement on National Signing Day by having avid Trojans fan Snoop Dogg beside him as he declared he would play at USC.
4. ATH Mecole Hardman Signed: Georgia

Hardman is expected to play on both sides of the ball for Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs. His speed and playmaking ability should make him a fan favorite sooner rather than later.
3. LB Mique Juarez Signed: UCLA

The Bruins were a heavy favorite to land Juarez all along, but he kept his recruitment open until National Signing Day. Once pen went to paper, Jim Mora Jr. could breathe a sigh of relief.
2. LB Ben Davis Signed: Alabama

Despite reports that he was heavily considering Georgia, Davis ended up following in his father's footsteps and joining the Crimson Tide.
1. DT Rashan Gary Signed: Michigan

Gary was the No. 1 prize entering National Signing Day as reports had his list of schools narrowed down to Michigan and Clemson. He ended up deciding to play for Jim Harbaugh and the Wolverines, which reinvigorated that fanbase.
