Tommy Campbell may have just scored the best touchdown of the football season. I am also including college and high school ball in this. The Tennessee Titans cornerback scored a TD on a punt return, thanks to a throwback from Darius Reynaud. Music City Miracle-esque, if you want.

The poor Detroit Lions had no idea that this was coming.  It was run perfectly and I actually went wild watching the play on TV.  It was just a perfect trick play that achieved its goal.  Scoring an awesome touchdown on a play like that is something that will fire up the home crowd and the rest of the team.

If you are going to see a replay of a touchdown, make it this one.  It was run so well that it should be shown on highlight tapes for centuries.  There was no question that the throwback was legal.  Reynaud threw the ball perfectly behind the line of scrimmage and Campbell did the rest of the work.  It was quite amazing to watch.

The Titans have had some issues this year but this play might be what they need to score the big upset of the Lions.  It would certainly be a win to draw some attention for the team.  They look good and this play is something that will certainly keep the team hyped.

A big tip of the hat goes out to the Titans staffer that came up with this play.  Seems to still work like a charm.
