Unfortunately when it comes to professional athletes, there always seems to be some sort of idiots that find the craziest ways to get in trouble with the law. One of the latest incidents–a former college star who was arrested for leaving his three-year-old daughter alone in a car so he could go into a strip club.

Former Florida Gators linebacker Monty Grow, who played with the team from 1989-1993, was arrested on Sunday after he decided to go to the Diamond Dolls strip club in Florida. Luckily, the grandparents of the three-year-old girl managed to get there in time before police showed up, but how does a father like Grow let something like this happen?

There have been plenty of bizarre arrest stories over the years, but this incident with Grow is nothing short of ridiculous. Leaving a child in a car unattended is bad enough to begin with, but to pull a move like this so you can go into a strip club? That’s ridiculous.

Grow may be a name that many football fans may not have heard of unless you follow the Gators strongly, but it should be noted that he did spend brief periods of time in the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs and the Jacksonville Jaguars. If football fans didn’t know who he was before, they certainly know him now that he’s making headlines for this idiotic move he pulled over the weekend just so he could enjoy a strip club.
