Thursday was another interesting day surrounding the case of former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez as he continues to sit in jail after being charged with the murder of Odin Lloyd. To make things even worse, Hernandez is also being investigated for a double-murder that took place in 2012—so things aren’t looking good for the former NFL star.

Even though it may sound unfair to make any assumption about him until the case is completed, all of the evidence displayed so far shows that Hernandez is guilty for Lloyd’s murder and as more evidence continues to come out—the recent photos from a surveillance camera in which he’s holding a gun certainly don’t help his cause in the case.

It’s a shame to see a team like the Patriots have to go through with an incident like this considering Hernandez was quickly emerging as one of the league’s top pass-catching tight ends. In fact, playing alongside Rob Gronkowski gave New England arguably the best pass-catching tight end duo in the league and there’s no question the former Florida star will be missed in the passing game.

Only time will tell when it comes to what’s in store for Hernandez, but it certainly doesn’t look like he’ll be getting out of jail anytime soon. For a case filled with plenty of interesting details so far, here’s a look at some photos of Hernandez holding a gun from his surveillance that were released on Thursday.

Seriously, the fact that this evidence is coming from Hernandez's own home surveillance is ridiculous.
