Buccaneers Fans Wear Hazmat Outfits to Mock Coach Greg Schiano, MRSA
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in complete and utter shambles right now. This team is 0-7 on the season and there seems to be no end in sight. While they might not even be the worst team in their own state, the Buccaneers have to be considered one of the laughing stocks of the NFL — and head coach Greg Schiano is in the center of it all.
Fans have begun showing up to games with paper bags on their heads, “Fire Schiano” signs and now, apparently, hazmat outfits mocking the MRSA outbreak that occurred in the Buccaneers’ locker room. Take a look at the ridiculous outfits that fans wore to the Thursday night game against the Carolina Panthers here:
It’s true, Schiano is a coach who has the hottest seat in the league. Prior to the season, people would have guessed that Rex Ryan would be the first coach to be fired during the season, but it could be a week at the very earliest that Schiano is out of a head coaching job. This guy has come from the college ranks and into the NFL and has been struggling mightily with this underachieving team of talent.
Spending a ton of money in the offseason to improve the roster, it seems as if Schiano is running everyone away. Players have been rumored to be turning against him and it looks like his reign as the man in charge is soon to be over. Ridding the team of Josh Freeman at starting quarterback, the team is depending on a rookie and a locker room full of MRSA.
All jokes aside, these outfits are awesome.
