The Philadelphia Eagles trading LeSean McCoy to the Buffalo Bills has led many NFL fans and media alike to speculate that it's just the first in many steps on the way to acquiring the draft pick necessary to land his former Oregon QB Marcus Mariota. Love it or hate it, Kelly's clearly not concerned what we think about it. Here's a look at 10 other coaches who also could care less about your opinion on anything.

Jeff Fisher took a fair amount of criticism for not wanting to keep the St. Louis Rams' pick that ultimately led to the Washington Redskins drafting Robert Griffin III. However, he clearly didn't care. Fisher did something amazing this past year as the Redskins and Rams met during the regular season. Fisher sent out every possible player still on the Rams roster that the they drafted as a result of the deal to shove it in Washington's face.

Josh McDaniels was kicking tails and taking names within no time during his first job as a NFL head coach in Denver. McDaniels sent the Broncos' franchise QB at the time, Jay Cutler, packing to Chicago without receiving a ton in return. This pompous move backfired and ultimately led to his demise in Denver, but he never seemed to care.

Stan Van Gundy did not get along with Dwight Howard during the duo's time together with the Orlando Magic. As a result, Van Gundy ultimately lost his job after never giving in to Howard's pretentious attitude. Many in Orlando pleaded with Van Gundy to bend over backwards in efforts make it work, but those clamors fell on deaf ears.

Mike Ditka has shown throughout the entirety of his career in the public eye that he really only cares about what Mike Ditka thinks. However, when he encouraged trading away an entire draft class to ensure the New Orleans Saints obtained Ricky Williams, he took his brashness to a completely new level.

While the Oklahoma City Thunder's trading of James Harden to the Houston Rockets a few seasons ago was certainly more financially driven than anything else, rumors suggest Brooks wanted Harden out regardless -- and he wasn't terribly concerned about anyone else's opinion on the matter.

Jason Kidd is not your conventional thinker and constantly advocates bizarre moves. Most recently, he pushed for the Milwaukee Bucks to acquire PG Michael Carter-Williams despite having the Bucks in the No. 6 seed of the Eastern Conference playoff picture with Brandon Knight running the point. It remains to be seen if the move will work in his favor, but one thing is for sure: Kidd doesn't care what you think about the risk he took.

Bill Belichick just wants to go out there and win football games. Thus, he clearly doesn't care what you think about him or how he wins these aforementioned football games along the way.

3. Terry Francona

It couldn't have been easy being the manager of the Boston Red Sox at the time fan favorite Nomar Garciaparra was traded away. Francona managed to brush off a plethora of criticism following the deal and ultimately brought Boston their first World Series in a million years just a few months later, clearly showing he operates with courage in his convictions and doesn't care what anyone has to say about it.

2. Wade Phillips

Wade Phillips really, really wanted a new wide receiver in 2008 and ultimately supported one of the worst trades in NFL history when the Dallas Cowboys acquired Roy Williams. Despite the utter disaster that the deal turned out to be, it's difficult not to respect Phillips' guts on this one against all the naysayers.

Jerry Sloan spent a ton of time in Utah with the Jazz and had plenty of success, but when he simply could no longer handle PG Deron Williams' Deron Williamsness, he resigned despite clamors from fans and media alike for Sloan to sustain through the schism.
