Hole To Watch: Hole # 5 - The event will be held on the Arnold Palmer designed PGA West course. The course’s challenging par three makes players use their long irons, as the entire left side of the course is a surrounding lake. On this hole fantasy golfers will be luckily to escape the death trap with a par and it is fittingly nicknamed “The Intimidator.”


Formerly the Bob Hope Classic, the Humana Challenge is one of the most watched tournaments of the entire PGA season. The exciting pro-am format event always draws a huge crowd; so expect the fantasy fanatics to take full advantage this week.

One of the most popular pairings during the Pro-Am will include former United States President, Bill Clinton. Now if only Wacky Willy was eligible to be drafted in fantasy leagues.

This tournament will also be the 2013 PGA debut of superstar Phil Mickelson, so fantasy golf fans will certainly have every eye on Lefty in La Quinta. Mickelson struggled throughout the majority of last season, but he looked like himself by the end of the year. Mickelson will no doubt be a heavy favorite this week in California.
