The battle of Ohio has not held this much significance in quite some time. Both the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals have not been over .500 at the same time this late in the season since 1986. The NFC North is wide open, and this game will go a long way in determining a winner. With two defenses struggling against the run, here are five fantasy football player predictions for tonight's Thursday Night Football showdown.

The Browns have not run the ball effectively since their center Alex Mack was lost to injury a few weeks ago. With Ben Tate's inability to establish any consistency (just 1.6 yards per carry over the last three games), West has emerged as Cleveland's lead dog in the backfield. He'll likely see most of the carries tonight against a Bengals defense which ranks 30th against the run. Expect about 65 yards and a short TD from West tonight.

4. Jeremy Hill

As bad as the Bengals' run defense has been, the Browns are even worse, ranked 31st in rushing yards against per game. Jeremy Hill exploded last week as Giovani Bernard missed the first game of his career, rushing for 154 yards and two scores against the Jaguars. Bernard is out yet again tonight, meaning that Hill will get a similar workload and could have similar results. Expect Hill to rush for at least 100 yards with at least one TD.

3. A.J. Green

After missing three consecutive games, Green returned last week and had a major impact. He had just three catches and 44 yards but scored an all important TD. Green, who is obviously Andy Dalton's favorite weapon, has either scored or gone for more than 100 yards in all four games he has played in. He'll face a Browns defense which is allowing the 10th most fantasy points per game to opposing receivers. Expect Green to post 10-15 points tonight.

2. Mohamed Sanu

A.J. Green may face a difficult challenge if Joe Haden covers him most of the night. The Haden-Green rivalry goes back to college when Haden was at Florida and Green was at Georgia. Green had just six grabs for 44 yards in 2013 against Cleveland. Even if Green isn't limited, Sanu should still have a solid game. He has a TD or 100 yards in six of the last seven games, with or without Green in the lineup. Expect Sanu to go for at least 12 points.

1. Taylor Gabriel

Gabriel is listed as the fourth receiver on the Browns' depth chart, but there are problems with those in front of him. Travis Benjamin has just three catches in the last four games, Miles Austin has not had a 55-plus yard game this year and Andrew Hawkins is questionable. With Jordan Cameron out for a second straight game, Gabriel could be the deep threat for the Browns and perform similarly to his 87-yard, one TD game last week.
