Building the Perfect NBA FanDuel Lineup for Nov. 29

Tonight, there is a slate of only six games in the NBA and this has the potential to cause a bit of overlap when it comes to the FanDuel lineups that will be created. As always, there are some juicy matchups to exploit and tonight is looking like one to have a balanced lineup with maybe one high-priced star. With that said, let's dive right into building the perfect NBA FanDuel lineup for Nov. 29.

If daily fantasy players haven't noticed yet, there has been an early theme for PGs. This theme is to pick on the Charlotte Hornets for this position as they are currently ranked 28th in guarding PGs. While Kemba Walker is an exciting talent, his defense is not a part of that excitement. Jeff Teague, who has been playing very well lately, should be able to score the 36.5 fantasy points that he needs to justify his price.

Don't go too far when it comes to selecting your PGs tonight because the Charlotte Hornets vs. Atlanta Hawks creates a situation that many fantasy players tend to avoid. Yes, Kemba Walker won't be able to limit Jeff Teague much, but the same can be said about Teague stopping Walker. Atlanta ranks 19th in defending PGs and Walker has scored over 33 fantasy points in his last five games. This makes him a strong pick to the score the 36-plus points.

Monta Ellis can be a frustrating player for daily fantasy players as he tends to have games where he scores, but it's not enough to justify his price. However, against a Philadelphia 76ers team that's ranked 29th against SGs, he should experience very little resistance to having his way on the court. He may also generate some extra steals since the 76ers' backcourt is pretty careless with ball security. Ellis should score at least 35 tonight.

In his last two games, in what seemed to be less than favorable matchups, Rodney Stuckey has scored 34.8 and 26.9 fantasy points. Both of those scores allowed him to exceed his value and remain a great value pick tonight against a Cleveland Cavaliers team that's ranked 23rd in guarding SGs. Stuckey can be a streaky player and this seems to be the one of those streaks where it would be wise to ride the hot hand before it cools off.

The last time that I recommended DeMarre Carroll, he scored over 28 fantasy points to exceed his value. Tonight, against a Charlotte Hornets team ranked 25th against SFs, he has an excellent opportunity to score around 28 again which would exceed the value of his price by a point. However, don't be surprised if he picks up an extra steal or two tonight and ends up scoring in the low-30s range. Mr. "Do a Little of Everything" is a solid pick.

Age bias is a symptom that should be avoided when it comes to daily fantasy basketball and especially when it comes to future Hall of Famers. This is especially important to remember when an aging star is coming off of a few days of rest. This is exactly what the case is for "The Truth" as he comes off of a two-day rest to face a New Orleans Pelicans team that's ranked 29th against SFs. A vintage Paul Pierce game seems to be brewing tonight.

Here is where we will spend our highest amount. Blake Griffin has an absurdly favorable matchup against the Utah Jazz who rank dead last in defending PFs. Over his last three games, he has averaged 42.7 fantasy points which puts him slightly under the 45.5 he would need to justify his price. With his plus matchup tonight, do not be surprised if he goes off against Derrick Favors and drops 50-plus on him. Get ready for the Blake Show.

David West made an excellent return last night for the Pacers and immediately established himself as a top offensive option for them. His final line was 18 points, six rebounds, four assists and one steal. Additionally, he only turned the ball over once and will look to continue his successful "Welcome Back" party tonight against a Cleveland Cavaliers team ranked 20th against PFs. West should easily justify his price against them.

We have $ 5,700 left, but that doesn't mean we have to spend it all. It's important to maximize your salary cap usage, but it shouldn't be forced when unnecessary. Therefore, in a matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers who rank 28th in defending centers, Kanter has a good play. He should see more minutes because Utah tends to use him more in games that lack a true stretch-four, and this is exactly one of those scenarios.
