Building the Perfect NBA FanDuel Lineup For Jan. 21

It's Super Wednesday once again on FanDuel, and the NBA is giving us 12 games for tonight's schedule. There are many great tournaments tonight including the Super Slam where $ 30,000 will be awarded to first place. Therefore, it's very important to build the perfect lineup and there are many ways to accomplish that. Hopefully, the lineup that I'm about to present will help you build the perfect roster to crush your opponents. Let's get to work.

Known as the best shooter in the world, Stephen Curry is also one of the best players in the world and proves it on a nightly basis. Over his last 10 games, he has averaged 44.1 fantasy points and is averaging 42.5 over the course of the season. His matchup tonight against the Houston Rockets is more favorable than it may seem, as Curry dropped 57.9 on them during their last contest. I expect him to score at least 45 tonight.

Ever since the Orlando Magic decided to run a faster paced offense rather than slower half-court sets, their production has seen a significant increase. Over the course of the season, they average 95 points per game, but it's jumped to 107 over their last four games. Elfrid Payton has been a beneficiary of this change and has averaged 32 fantasy points over his last five games. Facing the Detroit Pistons tonight, Payton is good for 25-plus.

7. (SG) Klay Thompson - Golden State Warriors - $7,900

As you can see, the featured stars for tonight's perfect lineup are the Splash Brothers, and now I get to explain why I like Klay Thompson. First off, he has averaged 36.8 fantasy points over his last seven games and needs to score 39.5 to make value. The other reason is that he torched James Harden in their last contest for 47 fantasy points and tonight, in a home game this time, Thompson should flirt with 40-plus again. He'll score at least 35.

6. (SG) Kentavious Caldwell-Pope - Detroit Pistons - $4,400

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope's price never seems to rise and that's perfectly fine with me. Over his last seven games, he has averaged 21.1 fantasy points and currently needs to score 22 to justify his price. He is seen as a major building piece for the Detroit Pistons' future and is receiving heavy minutes due to that. Facing an Orlando Magic team tonight that is struggling to defend SGs lately bodes well for him to score at least 24.

5. (SF) Andrew Wiggins - Minnesota Timberwolves - $7,400

It's unknown if the Cleveland Cavaliers will end up regretting the Andrew Wiggins trade. However, it is abundantly clear that the Minnesota Timberwolves are not regretting the deal as Wiggins looks to be on the verge of superstar status even in his rookie year. He was off in his last game with a score of 18.9 but was averaging 35.4 in his previous nine contests. Facing the Dallas Mavericks' average defense against SGs makes him good for 30-plus.

4. (SF) Jeff Green - Memphis Grizzlies - $5,600

Many people, including myself, felt that Jeff Green's trade to the Memphis Grizzlies would kill his fantasy value. However, that doesn't seem to be the case, as he has averaged 25.3 fantasy points since arriving in Memphis. He makes for a great value play tonight against the Toronto Raptors who are average when it comes to defending SFs. He needs to score 28 tonight to make value, and I feel that's exactly what he will score.

3. (PF) Markieff Morris - Phoenix Suns - $6,700

Under normal circumstances, I would steer clear of Markieff Morris since the Portland Trail Blazers are the best team in the league when defending PFs. However, most of their defensive proficiency in that area is due to the presence of LaMarcus Aldridge, and he has been ruled out for tonight's contest. This means that Morris should see an easier matchup in the post and more rebounding opportunities to end up with at least 33 fantasy points.

2. (PF) Kris Humphries - Washington Wizards - $4,700

Due to his past relations with Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries seems to get dismissed as a viable fantasy option. However, he usually makes for a great value play on any night due to his price consistently staying below $ 5,000. Over his past five games, he's averaged 20.6 fantasy points and needs to score 23.5 in order to justify his price. Facing the Oklahoma City Thunder who rank 23rd against PFs bodes well for him to score 23-plus.

Once again, I'm going to pick on the Minnesota Timberwolves and their league-worst defense against opposing centers with the remaining $ 7,100 in my salary cap. Over his last six games, Tyson Chandler has averaged 31.7 fantasy points, and he needs around 35 tonight to make value. He should have no issues dominating Gorgui Dieng in the paint, and I expect Chandler to exceed his value to the tune of at least 36 fantasy points.
