Perfect NBA FanDuel Lineup For Feb. 27

Tonight is the biggest slate that we've had to deal with so far in the NBA season as there are 14 games to sift through. This means that there are thousands of different ways to build the perfect FanDuel lineup to kick start your weekend with more money in your pockets. I'm about to show you one of those ways that you can do that and, hopefully, it will lead to a triumphant Friday night. With that being said, let's get to work.

Considering the fact that Russell Westbrook has produced monster triple-doubles in his last two games, it would be insane for me to fade him tonight regardless of what his ownership will be. No Kevin Durant means that Westbrook goes berserk and I expect his insane performances to continue tonight against the Portland Trail Blazers. Do not overthink this one. Start him and enjoy at least 50 fantasy points tonight.

In his last game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, George Hill scored 34.1 fantasy points, and he has been playing very well overall lately. In a game without Kyrie Irving, and it's not like Irving was a defensive juggernaut to begin with, I see no reason for Hill to score less than the 28 points that he needs to justify his current price. However, I have the feeling that he will eclipse 30 and there's a slight chance that he may flirt with 40.

(SG) J.J. Redick - Los Angeles Clippers - $4400

After scoring over 22 fantasy points in a four-game span, J.J. Redick's production has cooled off a little bit over his last two as he has failed to eclipse the 20-point barrier. However, he gets to face a Memphis Grizzlies team that's ranked slightly below league average in defensive efficiency against SGs. In his last game against them, Redick scored 19.6 and he needs 22 to justify his price. I feel that he'll score between 24 and 28 tonight.

(SG) Jason Richardson - Philadelphia 76ers - $4000

Although he may be a slightly risky pick due to his old knees, J-Rich is looking like a viable scoring option for the Philadelphia 76ers, as long as he plays. He is slated to play tonight and there's a good chance that he can eclipse the 20-fantasy point barrier against a Washington Wizards team that is struggling mightily to defend SGs without Brad Beal. I'm not expecting a 30-plus outburst, but Richardson should be good for at least 22.

(SF) LeBron James - Cleveland Cavaliers - $10,400

When Kyrie Irving is in the lineup, LeBron James' usage percentage sits at 32.4 percent. However, in tonight's game against the Indiana Pacers, his usage may skyrocket to 45 percent or more since Irving has been ruled out. I shouldn't have to explain much when it comes to The King. Anyone who witnessed his 60-plus explosion last night should expect more of the same tonight. His floor is 50 with 62-plus upside.

(SF) James Johnson - Toronto Raptors - $4100

Tonight's game between the Toronto Raptors and the Golden State Warriors has the highest over-under of any contest at 211.5. This bodes well for a lot of fantasy goodness and I feel that James Johnson will be a part of that. Most people don't know this, but the Warriors have been the worst team in the league at defending SFs over their past three games, and this bodes well for Johnson to score at least 21 to make value.

(PF) Greg Monroe - Detroit Pistons - $7600

This is a very easy selection at PF tonight. Greg Monroe, a certified double-double machine, faces my lowly New York Knicks, who have been the worst team in the league at defending PFs lately. Monroe has been having some up-and-down performances lately, but there is no better cure for that than facing the Knicks. He needs to score 38 in order to make value tonight, and I feel that this will be a 40-plus night for him.

(PF) Terrence Jones - Houston Rockets - $6300

Over his last four games, T-Jones has averaged over 30 fantasy points and has reclaimed his spot as the starting PF for the Houston Rockets. Tonight, he gets to face a below average Brooklyn Nets defense in regards to their defensive efficiency against opposing PFs. I don't expect Jones to slow down at this point, and he should eclipse the 30-fantasy point mark for the fourth time in his last five games tonight.

(C) Rudy Gobert - Utah Jazz - $6400

Over his last three games, the man known as the "French Rejection" has averaged 33.8 fantasy points and continues to show his elite upside in shot blocking and rebounding. Tonight, he gets to face a Denver Nuggets team that will be rather undersized with Jusuf Nurkic, and Gobert should be able to take full advantage of that. He needs to score 32 to make value and I feel that he has a great chance to eclipse 40 tonight.
