Week 4 of the 2016 MLB season is here, and fantasy baseball enthusiasts are scrambling to make adjustments to their roster. With that in mind, here’s a look at the top five (relatively low-owned) players to target on the waiver wire.

arrow-left — The Philadelphia Phillies haven't been the unmitigated disaster most MLB fans expected them to be this season, as they are actually off to a relatively decent start at 9-10. Outfielder Odubel Herrera has surprised, batting .286 with two homers, nine RBIs, 11 runs scored and four steals. Pick up Herrera now, and he'll likely be in your starting lineup regularly this summer. He's owned in 40 percent of Yahoo! leagues.
