Week 1 injuries in fantasy football can have many owners overreacting, but the David Johnson wrist injury cannot possibly be overblown.

For a guy who went No. 1 overall in the majority of fantasy drafts to get knocked out potentially until the fantasy playoffs begin is a cataclysmic event for any owner.
