Cramer Gets Another W

Well the Bobby Cramer story keeps on going as he took the helm in the A’s 6-2 victory over the Twins. Mark Ellis provided the fireworks as he continues to stay hot, going 3 for 3 with a two-run-shot in the 5th inning. The A’s are pretty much out of it at this point, but they have their final homestand of the season coming up including a turn against the Rangers. Click here for the box score, or the more for the wrap. Bobby Cramer may have just lasted 5 2/3, but he qualified for the win, struck out 2 and improved to 2-0 with a 2.45 ERA. The Twins are always a tough opponent and to take them on the road shows promise for our young ball club. Cramer was pretty much untouched until he allowed a couple runs in the 6th inning, which resulted in his departure from the game, but...
