After posting an MLB-worst record of 64-98 a season ago, the Arizona Diamondbacks have shown some signs of improvement in 2015, but they still find themselves sitting in the cellar of the NL West at 27-32. The D'Backs have already moved one really big piece in Mark Trumbo, and here are five other players who may stir up some interest by the time Jul. 31 rolls around.

5. Josh Collmenter, RHP

Last year, Josh Collmenter's name began to pop up a little bit around the deadline, so it will be interesting to see if the D'Backs might be willing to listen to offers on the right-hander this summer. Collmenter has struggled to the tune of a 3-6 record with a 5.24 ERA and a 1.38 WHIP over 12 starts, but one could see him drawing a certain amount of interest from contending teams due to his past success. He also has experience pitching out of the bullpen as well.

4. David Peralta, OF

Although the D'Backs cleared up a little bit of room in their outfield with the Trumbo trade, it is still quite crowded out there. Considering the Jake Lamb/Yasmany Tomas situation at third base and the fact that prospect Peter O'Brien is now being converted into an outfielder, it isn't hard to envision a scenario where the D'Backs might consider moving either Ender Inciarte or David Peralta. The D'Backs might be wise to hold on to Inciarte considering his speed, defense and top-of-the-order presence, but they could deal Peralta and still have more than enough power left in their lineup.

3. Addison Reed, RHP

Since coming to Arizona, reliever Addison Reed simply hasn't been the same guy that he was with the Chicago White Sox in 2013. While Reed's current 4.84 ERA and 1.61 WHIP may be more than enough to scare teams away, the D'Backs shouldn't hesitate to deal him if given the opportunity. Perhaps Reed would benefit from a change of scenery.

2. Brad Ziegler, RHP

A member of the D'Backs since the summer of 2011, Brad Ziegler has been nothing short of spectacular over his 273 appearances with Arizona. With his current 1.73 ERA and 0.96 WHIP, Ziegler would clearly be an interesting option for teams in search of relief help. He has an affordable $5.5 million team option for 2016 and it remains to be seen whether or not the Snakes would actually deal him, but he could certainly be a valuable trade chip.

1. Aaron Hill, 2B/3B

Rumored to be a trade candidate for some time now, Aaron Hill may not be the same player he was back when he was winning Silver Slugger awards, but he can still make a difference. Dealing Hill would help the D'Backs continue their youth movement, and any team acquiring him would be getting a quality veteran with a little bit of pop left in his bat.
