NASCAR Lets All The Air Out Of The Dash 4 Cash

By Christy Valdez

NASCAR is currently having the Dash 4 Cash program and it is bringing the laughs along with it.

NASCAR released a new commercial for the Nationwide Series Dash 4 Cash which began at the race in New Hampshire on  July 14th. The new ad features Sam Hornish Jr, Ricky Stenhouse Jr and Michael Annett, where NASCAR asks what would you do for $100,000. Annett and Hornish begin talking and right behind them Stenhouse is scheming to get ahead of the pack.

The newest ad by NASCAR shows that the Nationwide drivers are willing to do anything for $100,000, even letting out the air from the competition’s tires.

The Dash 4 Cash began at New Hampshire where four Nationwide drivers qualified by placing as the top four Nationwide drivers in the previous race at Daytona. The first of the four races in the Dash 4 Cash went to Austin Dillion who finished the highest out of the four qualified drivers. Although Dillion finished third at New Hampshire he did not have to win in order to win $100,000.

Meanwhile the Nationwide Series now heads to Chicagoland Speedway, the next race in the Dash 4 Cash begins. The same rules apply heading into the remainder of the dash. Dillion has qualified within the top 4 for Chicagoland with his finish at New Hampshire. The remaining races in the Dash 4 Cash consist of Chicagoland, Indianapolis, and Iowa.
