The great game seven of the NBA Finals that was wasted still haunts Rasheed Wallace. He did not want to leave the NBA on that sour note. The injured and banged up Wallace played well for Boston in the playoff run. His back was injured worse than people realize. He got by the final few playoff games on guts and determination. The fact he was effective shows how talented he was. He emptied the tank and the result was the Celtics were almost NBA champions. That is the problem for Rasheed, they did not win. Rasheed has unfinished business. Wallace will enjoy some time at home with his wife and kids. He is loving life in New England. However, Wallace is a fierce competitor.
