Colorado junior forward Andre Roberson had one of the most illustrious careers in school history. An absolute rebounding machine, Roberson has been a double-double performer over each of the past two seasons. At 6-foot-7, Roberson does not present ideal size for an NBA power forward, but he makes up for it with his incredible strength and desire to track down loose balls and rebounds.

After careful consideration about his future, Roberson made the decision to declare for the 2013 NBA Draft just prior to the league’s early entry deadline. Roberson has been amongst the more prolific rebounders in college basketball, so you know NBA organizations are interested simply off that fact. At this point, Roberson is looking like a mid-to-late second round selection.

Strengths: Roberson’s tenacity on the glass is by far his biggest strength. He may not have the greatest of size for the power forward position, but in each of the past two seasons that has yet to slow him down. With that being said, Roberson has the ability to impact the game without being very prolific on offense. His athleticism makes him a force in the paint and on the defensive end.

Weaknesses: Roberson can use some work on his offense game. Most of his production on that end of the floor comes from his ability to out hustle and outwork opponents. If Roberson can develop more of face-up game, he could have a nice future at the NBA level. He’s under-sized, so he could struggle against taller power forwards.

Draft Projection: Mid-to-Late Second Round
